Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING

We ship with UPS Ground Shipping or USPS, which is usually between 1-5 business transit days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or nationally observed US holidays. Depending on the season, online orders can take 5-10 business days for order processing which is not included in the shipping timeline. Within the order processing time you will be updated as to any changes in availability or items in your order. Once shipped, you will receive an shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders will ship complete unless you specify otherwise. Shipping charges apply per shipment if multiple shipment dates are requested.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, the number of packages, the weight of your order, and box dimensions. We use a simplified average rate. If we find that shipping was grossly miscalculated we are happy to audit and refund. Shipping also includes the cost of boxes, therefore a nominal box fee will be applied should you choose to use your own UPS account number.

We are not able to ship a new package if the order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but you did not receive it. If the tracking ID shows your order was delivered, then we consider your order fulfilled. Therefore, please be sure to enter a full & completely accurate shipping address. Be mindful of packages left at the doorstep, mailbox and public workplaces or collection sites. It is the customer’s responsibility to immediately track, claim, and bring in your package.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Because Wildwood Landing is a print on demand company, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please verify your order within 14 days of receipt. If you receive damaged product, please immediately notify lori@wildwoodlanding.com with your order number and photo of damage. We will replace or credit for damaged items if reported within 14 days of delivery.

Note: It is common in the milling process of cotton goods for tiny pieces of colored thread to get caught up in the weaving. We call this thread “fly.” So if you see any fly, it’s totally ok your product is not flawed. We do not exchange product that may have fly in the weave.
